Салат из свеклы с орехами
Состав: 2 средние свеклы, 3 грецких ореха, 2 зубчика чеснока и майонез.
Свеклу отварите, почистите и натрите на крупной терке. Орехи очистите, мелко порубите и добавьте в свеклу. Чеснок очистите и выдавите. Добавьте майонез и все перемешайте.

в один из вариантов заменили грецкие орехи кедровыми с миндальными и вместо майонеза положили растительное масло… грецкие орехи лучше не заменять. Миндальные очень твердые, а кедровые слишком маслянистые (из них же делают ореховое масло, правда все оно идет на экспорт, так что можно даже не надеятся его увидеть в российских магазинах, хотя очень бы хотелось попробовать на нем поготовить). А майонез готовят из яиц, растительного масла с лимонным соком и специями (среди них может быть и горчица), так что замена майонеза растительным маслом в данном случае прошла не так сильно изменя вкус. Но лучше оставить прежнюю рецептуру))) Она проверена временем, а теперь еще и модификацией
