Состав: 1 крупная айва, 4 ч. ложки мёда, 4 ст. ложки сахара, растительной масло.
Айву вымойте, очистите от кожуры, разрежьте на 4 части и удалите ложкой сердцевину. Форму или поднос смажьте маслом, положите ломтики айвы, в середину каждой положите по ложке мёда и посапьте сверху сахаром. Поставьте айву в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку и запекайте 15-20 минут. При подаче полейте получившимся сиропом.
